1.1. Our studio facilities are available for booking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to availability.

2.1. While we aim to provide a versatile and creative space, we have certain content restrictions in place. You may not use our studio facilities for any content that is explicit, adult-oriented, offensive, or illegal without prior written approval from our management.

4. Payment and Cancellation
4.1. Payment for studio hire is required in advance at the time of booking.
4.2. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4.3. Refunds or rescheduling may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Finch-ley Studio management.

5.1. Users are expected to treat our studio facilities, equipment, and other users with respect.
